Animal Browse
All of our animals are altered. They receive DHLPP, Bordatella and Rabies vaccines and have also been wormed and treated with Frontline. Your adoption donation covers these expenses.
Please Note: Shelter/rescue dogs have been exposed to many pathogens such as kennel cough, parasites, diseases and conditions some of which may not have been discovered prior to adoption. Any dogs which show symptoms here at TDS are routinely idenified, taken for tests and treatment. Our vet bills can exceed $10,000 a month. However, without symptoms, we may miss a disease, pre-exisiting conditon or parasite. Consider carefully if you have the tolerance for these possiblities. We consider, you, the adopters, the last leg of the rescue process.
